Neighborhood REWARDS for Commercial members has exciting new changes starting July 1, 2020.

Rewards for healthy behaviors

As a Neighborhood member you get great health coverage and may be eligible for special perks and rewards for healthy living. Our many offerings include:

• Gift cards to Walmart, $25 in a gift card for adults who go to their yearly check-up with a PCP
• Up to $50 in a gift card for a 3-month enrollment in a gym or a facility that provides healthy physical activity such as a yoga or kickboxing studio.
