You may leave Neighborhood INTEGRITY at any time by calling the Medicare-Medicaid Plan Enrollment Line at 1-844-602-3469, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 6 pm. TTY users should call 711. If you choose to leave Neighborhood INTEGRITY, your coverage will end the last day of the month after you tell us.
If you leave Neighborhood INTEGRITY, you will be covered under Original Medicare with a separate Medicare prescription drug plan. Or you can enroll in a Medicare health plan, such as a Medicare Advantage plan or a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Your Medicaid services, including most long-term services and supports (LTSS) and behavioral health care will be covered by Rhode Island Medicaid Fee for Service (FFS).
