Neighborhood plays an active role in the communities we serve.
Neighborhood employees connect with members through involvement in community festivals, health fairs, community health center visits, and volunteering at charitable organizations. Neighborhood supports employees taking up to eight hours a year—with pay—to volunteer with an organization important them. Attending hundreds of events each year, it’s likely you’ll see a Neighborhood representative in your community—please come say hello.
Here are some of the organizations we support in a variety of ways during the year.

We’re proud of our history of community service awards.
We don’t do good work for the recognition, but we are proud of Neighborhood’s employees’ commitment to the communities we live in, work in and serve in. We’ve been doing it for 30 years, and plan to keep giving back to the neighborhoods throughout Rhode Island for many decades to come. Here are a list of service award recognitions from the last two decades.
