Welcome! We are happy to offer a health and drug plan for Rhode Islanders eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid — Neighborhood INTEGRITY (Medicare-Medicaid Plan).

With Neighborhood INTEGRITY, you get*:
- $0 monthly premium
- $0 copay for visits with your PCP or Specialists
- $0 copay for labs and x-rays
- $0 copay for mail order and prescription drugs
- $0 copay for over-the-counter (OTC) drugs with a prescription from your provider. Click here to see what is covered.
- $0 copay for hearing aids
- $0 copay for diabetes self-management services and supplies, like test strips, glucose monitor and more
- $0 copay for durable medical equipment, like walkers and wheelchairs, oxygen equipment and supplies, incontinence products, home health care, and more
- $0 copay for hospital stays, including inpatient, outpatient, and mental health needs
- $0 copay for long term services and supports (LTSS) benefits**, like meal delivery, personal care assistance, homemaker services, and more

*Certain Medicaid benefits will still be covered through Rhode Island Medicaid, such as transportation services. We can help you access those services.
**If you get long-term services and supports (LTSS), you may have to pay part of the cost of the services. This amount is determined by Rhode Island Medicaid.
Medicare and the State of Rhode Island must approve Neighborhood’s INTEGRITY plan each year. You can get Medicare and Medicaid services through this plan as long as:
- we choose to offer the plan, and
- Medicare and the State approve the plan.
If our service area is reduced or our plan stops operating in the future, your eligibility for Medicare and Medicaid services would not be affected.
If Medicare and/or the State of Rhode Island disapprove Neighborhood INTEGRITY you will automatically be disenrolled from Neighborhood INTEGRITY and enrolled in Original Medicare, your previous Part D plan and Rhode Island Medicaid.

Neighborhood INTEGRITY (Medicare-Medicaid Plan) is a health plan that contracts with both Medicare and Rhode Island Medicaid to provide the benefits of both programs to enrollees.
