GOOD NEWS! In order to get payments to providers quicker, Neighborhood is moving to ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT) and electronic RAs. In early 2013 Neighborhood will be phasing out paper checks completely. So kindly fill out the form Application below and fax to us as indicated.
