- Sleeping too much, or having trouble sleeping
- Eating too much, or not hungry
- Thoughts of hurting yourself, or not wanting to live- THIS IS AN EMERGENCY

- Your doctor may give you medicine to help you feel better. It is very important to take the medicine the way your doctor tells you. Don’t stop the medicine without talking to your doctor!

- Take care of yourself.
- Tell your doctor if you are feeling better or worse
- Try to do things that you enjoy, spending time with family or hobbies
- Do not use alcohol or drugs that are not given to you by your doctor.
