The goal of Breathe Easy is to help Neighborhood members with persistent asthma to live active, healthy lives. We want you to understand how to take daily care of your asthma.

Breathe Easy is a free program just for Neighborhood members with asthma

How can Breathe Easy help me?

• We can teach you about medications that will help keep you keep you from having asthma attacks
• We can help you work with your doctor to put together and use a written asthma action plan
• We can teach you about the importance of regular (at least 2 times a year) doctor visits
• We can help you understand how to use your spacer and peak flow meters
• We can send you information about how to stay away from things that might make your asthma worse like dust, mold and pet dander
