Neighborhood is pleased to serve adults with disabilities through the Rhody Health Partners program. Rhody Health Partners is a new health care option from the Department of Human Services (DHS) for adults 21 years or older who have Medical Assistance coverage. Eligible adults are offered an option to enroll in a health plan and we are a participating plan.

Our new Neighborhood members can expect to receive all the benefits our current members have come to count on. Knowledgeable and friendly customer service from locally based, multi-lingual representatives; help in getting specialist doctor appointments; a large network of doctors and specialists including behavioral health providers; compassionate nurse case managers who make sure clients get high quality care; and excellent pharmacy and medical equipment benefits and services (even by mail).

It is our commitment to providing affordable health care for children, families, pregnant women and now adults with disabilities that has earned Neighborhood the recognition of being The Top Ranked Medicaid Health Plan in Rhode Island, according to a joint ranking by USNews& World Report and National Committee for Quality Assurance. We are proud of this honor and work hard to earn it every day.
