RIte Care

RIte Care is Rhode Island's health insurance program that provides eligible uninsured children, families, and pregnant women with comprehensive health care through Neighborhood.

 

Eligibility for RIte Care is based on income and family size.

 

Choose Neighborhood to get:

• Over-the-counter medicines

• Transportation services, if you qualify

• Interpreter services

• Multilingual Customer Service Specialists

• Large number of doctors:

     • More than 800 primary care practitioners

     • Over 1900 specialists

• Regular checkups

• Access to a doctor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week


Extras like:

• Special health programs for conditions like asthma, diabetes, pregnancy

• Social and nurse care managers to help you get the care you need

• Free admission to the Providence Children’s Museum

• Quarterly newsletters with important information

• Local and helpful customer service


Rhody Health Partners

If you are an adult with disabilities receiving Social Security Income (SSI) you may qualify for the Rhody Health Partners (RHP) program through Neighborhood

 

Choose Neighborhood to get:
• Nurse care managers to help you get services like:

• Doctors visits with specialists

• Behavioral health services

• Medical equipment and supplies delivered to your home

• Interpreters

• Social care coordinators to help with housing, food, utility and clothing needs

• Over-the-counter medicines at not cost

• A large network of doctors

• Access to a doctor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

• Local and helpful customer service


Children with Special Health Care Needs
If you have a child receving: SSI, Katie Beckett, or Adoption Subsidy you may qualify for RIte Care through Neighborhood

 

Choose Neighborhood to get:

• Nurse care managers to help your child get services like:

• Doctors visits with specialists

• Behavioral health services

• Medical equipment and supplies delivered to your home

• Interpreters

• Social care coordinators to help with housing, food, utility and clothing needs
