Warm Hands, Warm Hearts – Neighborhood partnered with Citadel Communications (Lite 105 and HOT 106) and the RI Donation Exchange to collect and distribute hats and mittens to children at Rhode Island’s Community Health Centers.  In 2004, the second year of our campaign, we quadrupled the number of hats and mittens distributed to more than 2000.  One of the radio DJs at Hot 106 was able to get Fisher College involved and they collected $1800.  Neighborhood was able to purchase nearly 500 brand new coats for underprivileged kids at the Health Centers with those funds.
