Neighborhood members younger than age 21 can visit an eye doctor and get glasses whenever they need. Members who are older than 21 have coverage to see the eye doctor and get glasses once every 2 years.

Attention Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) ADHD PROGRAM The goals of the Neighborhood ADHD Program are to: - Aid providers in properly diagnosing and managing ADHD,
- Monitor and improve the health of children having ADHD,
- Support parents of children having ADHD, and
- Support schools in diagnosing and treating children having ADHD.
The program is designed for members age five to eighteen having ADHD. Member Resources: - ADHD Tool Kit – This tool kit is for your child’s doctor, but it can also answer some of your questions about ADHD. The tool kit has rating scales for parents and teachers to help find out if a child has ADHD, tips for teachers, answers to questions you might have, and a medication fact sheet for parents and teachers.
